What is KidPix?

Delivery times and costs are set by individual brands and boutiques. Please check with the individual brand/boutique for details. 

We hope you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. Our returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt to make a return. Please note that some items are excluded from this policy, for more information please see our Returns Policy. To make a return please contact our customer care team on contact@kidpix.uk.

Too busy to shop? Let us do the searching for you. All you have to do is simply take our short style quiz and let us know your budget. Our team of stylists will then choose items based on your selections and send you a KidPix box filled with beautiful clothing. You only pay for what you love and return the rest to us for free. Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, however we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at contact@kidpix.uk.
