We do hope you are happy with everything you buy from our website.  However, if you do wish to cancel an order before your items are dispatched, or wish to return an item, please let us know as soon as possible, and in any event within fourteen days of receipt, either by writing to us at the address below, or by email to: Please ensure that you quote your order number together with a brief description of the reason for cancellation/return so that we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible.

All Products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, will not accept returned products that:

  • are returned without the relevant label
  • are not in their original condition or have been altered from their original status, worn, washed or damaged
  • are returned more than 14 days after you have informed us of your order cancellation or returns request

You will be responsible for any postage costs. We strongly recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

If you are not returning an item which is faulty, you will be responsible for any postage costs incurred.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
